Yoga is a gentle form of exercise that helps to increase strength and flexibility through a variety of postures and is combined with breathwork, guided meditations and relaxations to create a greater sense of peace and calm.
I have been teaching yoga for 11 years and my style of teaching is very accessible to everyone.
So if you are looking for a Yoga class whatever level you are at from beginner to advanced, please get in touch to book your place.
